Stromboli's Brick Oven

if you live 5 minutes away dont get it delivered dumbass

I had Stromboli's at a birthday party for the first time the other day. And it was AWESOME! Everyone was asking where it was from and saying how good it was. I ordered it at home tonight. First, it took just over an hour to get here. Which is fine! I don't mind waiting for good pizza. But then I opened the box to find, NOT my pizza. So I called back and told them and they scattered to figure out what to do, how long it would be and only slightly apologetic. They said it would be there in no longer than 30 mins. Exactly 30 mins later my pizza arrives. Unfortunately, it was WAY undercooked and super sloppy. I wouldn't have mind waiting another 45 to an hour if the pizza I received was better put together and cooked more. Maybe as an apology throw in a couple cans of pop, or a discount on our next purchase? Cause at this rate... I wont be ordering it again when its SO hit and miss....

Went there today and picked up two Feista packs and loved it. Reminds me of the old Brick oven pizza in Cambridge but better.

Strombolis have finally lost our business. No sauce on the wings and are very dried out. Burnt crust. Over an hour and a half for delivery when we live less then 5 minutes away, and is always cold. Delivery people are rude!!!! Sick of complaining.

I have to agree that not accepting cash can be a pain. However, if you were to compare the prices anywhere else they are saving you money (other restaurants include this cost in their prices) and for great food. I enjoy their pizzas and their fiesta packs. The Stromboli Sauce is one of a kind. I would highly recommend this take out restaurant to anyone.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM STROMBOLI'S AGAIN......ordered a fiesta pack and extra tacos, took an hour and a half to get to the front door (i live 5 min away) the charge was around $25. The entire fiesta pack and tacos were soggy and cold. Ended up throwing it out (dog didnt even want it) called the store to complain, they gave me a store credit. Called the next week to use my store credit ...it was $8 dollars..... far cry from the $25 of food I had to throw out previously. This is not the first time that I had bad customer service and food from stromboli's.

Just ate a walk in special. Now I am fat.

Grown up with Brick Oven sauce, great to have it still available. I'd have to agree that no debit is a real pain. Get with it....

The Brick Oven sauce they use is unique, however be prepared for cash only. No debit. They really need to get with the times. If the proprietor is not prepared to dole out the minimal expense of a debit machine, where else are they skimping?
